Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process.
Pack the Product
Carefully place your NUDIENT case or accessory in its original retail packaging and secure it in a protective mailing envelope.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
